L’allarme di un reclutamento in Italia di soldati pronti a partire per la Guerra Santa ha più di un fondamento. Da oltre un anno alcune procure del Paese - grazie all’attività della polizia dell’antiterrorismo e dei carabinieri del Ros - stanno investigando sull’effettivo coinvolgimento di giovani disponibili ad andare a combattere in Siria.

E in tre città esistono già alcuni indagati. Cinque sono quelli perseguiti dalla procura di Venezia con l’accusa di essere reclutatori dei jihadisti. Nel Veneto, peraltro, sono concentrati gruppi estremisti tra Belluno, Treviso e Pordenone. Quattro persone indagate a Milano e altre quattro a Genova. Il caso più noto è quello del genovese Giuliano Delnevo - convertitosi all’islamismo al punto da prendere anche il nome di Ibrahim - morto nel giugno 2013 in Siria. Tra gli altri tre uomini iscritti nel registro degli indagati nel capoluogo ligure c’è anche un suo amico, Umar Lazzaro, che però ha preso le distanze da Delnevo, si è rifiutato di andare in guerra nel nome dell’Internazionale islamica e sta collaborando con gli inquirenti. Dovrebbe essere interrogato nelle prossime settimane e dalle sue rivelazioni potrebbero emergere elementi utili per le inchieste dei nostri 007. Di nazionalità marocchina sono invece gli altri due indagati dai magistrati genovesi, di cui però non si sa più assolutamente nulla.

Movimenti verso la Siria sono, inoltre, all’attenzione anche delle procure di Bologna e di Roma, mentre cresce la paura che non ci siano solo inglesi di seconda o terza generazione che si convertono e si scatenano contro l’Occidente, a partire dalla repressione della «polizia dei costumi» fino a gesti estremi e come la decapitazione di due giornalisti americani decapitati con tanto di video in stile film dell’orrore.

C’è poi anche un’interessante analisi di attendibili fonti israeliane - riportate dalla rivista di Intelligence «Gnosis» - che ci offre la fotografia delle migrazioni dei combattenti occidentali verso la Siria. Basta dare un’occhiata ai numeri per rendersi conto della portata dell’evento. I volontari stranieri oscillano tra i 6 mila e i 12 mila, di cui quasi 2.500 sono di origine occidentale. Praticamente quasi il 24% dei combattenti stranieri. Tra i 45 e i 50 sono quelli provenienti dall’Italia; tra 200 e i 350 dal Regno Unito, 200 dalla Germania. E dalla Francia ne sono partiti tra 200 e i 400, dall’Australia tra gli 80 e i 200, dalla Svezia tra i 30 e i 40.

Nell’America del Nord ne sono stati reclutati tra 120-124, di cui 20-24 negli Stati Uniti. L’emergenza da affrontare è la radicalizzazione dei proclami dell’Is (Islamic State) che sta dilagando a macchia d’olio. Facili, purtroppo, si stanno rivelando anche le modalità di arruolamento jihadista. Tanto più che ovunque la mobilitazione avviene attraverso Internet, in modo rapido, incisivo e spesso faticosamente individuabile grazie ai sofisticati ed efficaci sistemi di copertura. In altri termini, un reclutamento virtuale, ma mortale.


Anche Repubblica si è occupata in queste ore dei terroristi islamici presenti sul nostro territorio. A questo proposito, ha intervistato Bilal Bosnic, ritenuto un cacciatore di teste” dell’Isis dalle polizie internazionali. Nell’occasione, Bosnic, tra l’altro, ha dichiarato espressamente che “per loro” l’Italia è un Paese importante, dal quale arrivano finanziamenti, “ma non so da chi”.
Quanto alle prospettive future della c.d. “Guerra Santa”, Bilal Bosnic ha concluso :”noi musulmani crediamo che un giorno il mondo intero sarà uno Stato Islamico. Il nostro obiettivo è fare in modo che anche il Vaticano sarà musulmano (ndr : testuale). Forse io non riuscirò a vederlo, ma quel momento arriverà".

Il reato ipotizzato,per queste "care" persone è quello previsto dall’art. 270 bis, del codice penale, che punisce, "le associazioni sovversive".
